🥔 RECIPE 🥔 Potato Rösti with a “cheat” poached egg and some cornichons, a perfect quick and cheap lunch! We are back from Canada and I am excited to be back in my kitchen! It is funny when you go away not cooking for a while (I did cook a Boeuf Bourguignon for 12 and baked a cake and a crumble, but you know what I mean! ) I really miss creating and cooking things !
