On our 2nd day in Denali National Park we started the day by parking in the Visitor Center and doing a 2.4 mile hike on the Rock Creek Trail to get to the Dog Sled Kennel demonstration. We opted to park at the Savage Rest Area and hike 2 miles and 1400 feet up in elevation before turning around and hiking back down. We saw Denali and had amazing views the whole hike.
