Here’s how I set up my home oven for baking bread. It’s more complicated than baking in cast iron but the benefits are that you can bake larger loaves, fit 3 loaves in, and better steam. (This doesn’t work well in a convection oven though). You have to be very careful with a long oven mitt to avoid steam burns!!
