How I made the 'cups' for Lae'zels chestplate. By cutting the foam at an angle and then gluing it together (with contact cement) you'll see that on the outside, some really nice edges are created. It looks cool! Then, to give the whole piece a more round shape, I heated up the piece on the underside and then formes it over a plastic sphere. Looks pretty good right?
