Make these low fat healthy muffins with me. I made them as a healthy snack but they are perfect for a quick breakfast. What you need. 1 package of lower sugar oatmeal ( any flavor) 1 egg, 1 unsweetened applesauce cup. Mix all ingredients together and pour into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 muffins. For variations you can add chopped apples, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips, or raisins. Use your imagination but keep it healthy. ENJOY! | Crystal Daniels Simpson
