INGREDIENTS: Half a jar of sun dried tomatoes 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 100g of Boursin (or any garlic & herb cheese) 1 handful of grated Parmesan Pasta (any type, any amount) . METHOD: Cook the pasta according to packet instructions and drain. Add the tinned chopped tomatoes, garlic cheese and sun-dried tomatoes to a blender along with 1 tbsp of the sun-dried tomato oil.
