Leg Press Variations
Leg Press: Know The Difference ⚠️ . When performing Leg Press, there are 3 distinct variations you want to be aware of. When performing this movement with your Feet Up, this will emphasize your Glutes as you create more Hip Extension. When performing this exercise with a Lower Foot Platform, this will emphasize your quads due to more knee flexion. And lastly, by bringing your Feet Out Wider, this will emphasize your Inner Thighs (Adductors), since your legs are spread more apart. Hope that helps
