History in the making! 🐟💙 After a century-long hiatus, a fall-run Chinook salmon has been spotted in the Klamath Basin on a tributary past where the J.C. Boyle Dam once was, marking the first return since the dams were removed. Here, you can see a sonar video of the salmon swimming past a sonar station in the Klamath River and footage that Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife was able to collect.
