It makes so much fun to work with the very first Akai sampler S612 from 1986. With this machine it is possible to change all parameters in realtime including reversing the sample. Sounds not that spectacular these days but this was groundbreaking in the mid 80s. I sampled four different sounds of the Oberheim Matrix-1000 into the Akai S2800 and created a program / sound out of these sounds.
